Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of MyLogin.world, the sign-in service at https://mylogin.world.compas.cs.stonybrook.edu. By creating an account or signing in through it you agree to them.
The service
MyLogin.world lets applications offer sign-in through third-party identity providers and passkeys, and lets application owners manage who can sign in. We provide the hosted login pages, the API, the dashboard, and the SDK. Your application, its data, and its users remain yours.
Accounts
You must be able to accept these terms. Keep your login methods secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may require additional verification before activating a service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate other people, services, or identity providers; to collect credentials or personal data under false pretences; to attack, probe, or overload the service or its users; or in violation of a provider’s terms. We may suspend services reported for abuse and will tell you why.
Plans and payment
The Personal plan is free and intended for individual use within its published limits. Supporter is billed annually in advance through the payment provider you choose and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps Supporter active until the end of the paid period. If a renewal fails, everything stays active during a 30-day grace period; after that the account returns to Personal and services beyond its allowance become dormant. Nothing is ever deleted because a payment failed. Prices and limits are published on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Existing sessions in your application do not depend on MyLogin.world being reachable. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give at least 90 days’ notice and let you export your configuration.
Your data
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You can export and delete your account at any time.
Intellectual property
We own the service and its software; you own your application and your data. You may use the SDK and documentation in your own applications under the licence shipped with them.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will let you export your configuration where the breach allows.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version and material changes will be announced on the status page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@mylogin.world.compas.cs.stonybrook.edu.
